Howtelevision, Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yosuke Otonari), which operates the user-first career platform "GaishiShukatsu.com" under the mission of "Fostering talent that can take on global challenges and create the future," held its first "Consulting Industry Recruitment HR Exchange Meeting" on Thursday, July 3. Approximately 70 people, including CHROs from 30 consulting firms, participated in the exchange meeting, where they shared and discussed their individual recruitment challenges. The event satisfaction level was high at 8.9/10, and it became a venue for exchanging opinions and information not only on individual companies' recruitment challenges but also on improving the recruitment capabilities of the industry as a whole.
