Howtelevision, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yosuke Otonari) relocated its head office to Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, effective February 2026.
The new office is designed with the concept of "FRAME" (frame), aiming to foster connections that transcend organizational and corporate "frames" and to create a space where employees can challenge themselves beyond their own "frames." The spacious cafe area features our mission, "Unleash the full potential of humanity and change the world." (Unlock the full potential of all humanity and change the world.), as a wall design, allowing us to always return to our origins. We focused on the design of each piece of office furniture and the overall office design, aiming to create an environment where each employee's creativity can be unleashed and innovative communication can thrive. Furthermore, to enhance well-being, we incorporated numerous real plants throughout the office and introduced a new in-house meal system. In 2026, we are considering a full-scale overseas expansion of our anonymous Q&A platform "mond," and while conscious of global office design, we have incorporated a blend of Japanese and Western styles by including a Japanese-style room in a part of the refresh space.
New Challenges in Our Third Founding Period
Having been established in February 2010, our company is celebrating its 16th anniversary and is entering its third founding period after its initial establishment and listing. With the mission of "Unlock the full potential of all humanity and change the world," we have developed the career platform businesses "GaishiShukatsu.com" and "Gaishi Shukatsu NEXT," "Roglio," which joined the group in 2024 and is responsible for the RPO business, and the Q&A platform "mond." Going forward, business growth will continue with the full-scale launch of mond's U.S. subsidiary established in February 2025, the development of new businesses following mond, and M&A and alliances.
The background to this office relocation is the increasing importance of synergy between our various businesses, accompanying our business expansion and diversification of business domains. We aim to strengthen our unity through communication that transcends business boundaries and to become a strong organization that continues to achieve non-continuous growth. Additionally, the relocation aims to secure sufficient office floor space to accommodate future personnel increases and to enhance a sense of unity across the entire company.
Scenes from the Relocation Day
On the day of the relocation, all employees gathered to celebrate the office move. A presentation by CEO Otonari reflected on the history of our previous offices.
