Director, CFO Shintaro Shimizu
Graduated from Sophia University, Faculty of Law, Department of International Legal Studies.
Joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management in 2005. Engaged in investment management operations such as corporate research and stock selection in the Equity Investment Department. From 2011, engaged in capital market operations such as IPOs, public offerings, stock acquisition rights/convertible bonds, and debt restructuring at UBS Securities Investment Banking Division. From 2013, engaged in account management operations at PIMCO Japan, gaining experience in credit, emerging market bonds and currencies, and absolute return strategies. From 2018, engaged in marketing illiquid assets to institutional investors at Ardian Japan, gaining experience in buyout, secondary, private debt, infrastructure, and real estate strategies. Joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2020. After serving as Executive Officer, Head of President's Office, and Head of Corporate Division, appointed Director, CFO in April 2021.
Executive Officer, CRO Atsushi Ikeuchi
Graduated from Yokohama National University, Faculty of Business Administration.
Involved in organizational expansion and talent development as a manager at three venture companies, including Speee, Inc., before joining Howtelevision, Inc. in February 2019. Led the service renewal of the Liiga business as the person in charge, and was appointed Head of Liiga Business Development Department in August of the same year. Subsequently, also served as Head of New Graduate Recruitment.
Currently concurrently serves as Head of Business Development Department, overseeing the BizDev divisions of the GaishiShukatsu.com and Liiga businesses, and Head of Brand Management Department, responsible for the management of the editorial division. Appointed Executive Officer, CRO in March 2021.
Executive Officer, CXO Keisuke Suzuki
Began his career at a design office and gained experience at foreign-affiliated media companies, among others.
Joined Dwango Co., Ltd. in 2011. Progressed from UI designer for video services to design management, serving as Section Manager of the Design Strategy Office (at the time). Seconded to Gzbrain, where he was also responsible for planning and developing an e-sports platform.
Joined Howtelevision in November 2019 and established the Product Management Department.
Appointed Executive Officer, CXO in March 2021.
Individually, he also engages in proactive activities such as participating in external projects and operating original brands.
