In recent years, companies' digital shift and DX transformation have become indispensable missions for business continuity, and with further acceleration in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for IT talent is increasing.
Furthermore, in job-based employment, which is gaining attention in new graduate recruitment, software engineers and data scientists are expanding as front-line professional roles. "Gaishi Shukatsu Terminal" is a limited-time online scouting event featuring leading domestic and international technology companies. During the event period, participating companies will send scouts and special offers to those interested in technology-related positions such as software engineers and data scientists, and talk events by participating companies are also planned. In conjunction with the event, we will conduct a campaign for GaishiShukatsu.com members, where all those who pre-register by Sunday, June 27, and participate in the event will receive a 3,000 yen Amazon gift certificate.

2. Python & Machine Learning Introductory! AI-Powered Application Development Course
Python and machine learning are becoming essential skills in the DX era. This time, GaishiShukatsu.com, in collaboration with KIKAGAKU Co., Ltd., which operates a video learning platform for becoming AI talent, will hold a new course, "Python & Machine Learning Introductory! AI-Powered Application Development Course," in the summer of 2021.
Prior to the main course, a free trial session will be held on Wednesday, June 16, co-hosted with our sister site "Liiga." In the free trial session, with the themes "What kind of talent is required in the DX era?" and "What skills are necessary for DX talent?", in addition to providing an overview of what skills should be acquired in the DX era, we will also offer content that connects to daily work, allowing participants to actually experience the application of AI to business challenges.
