Joint Company Information Session for Japanese Companies, Attended by Over 10,000 Top Students
"Job Discovery ONLINE" is an online joint company information session hosted by GaishiShukatsu.com, with over 10,000 students from top universities participating each time.
GaishiShukatsu.com is a career platform with a large number of highly capable students registered, with over 90% of University of Tokyo students engaged in job hunting using the service. Many of our users previously aspired to work for foreign-affiliated companies, including consulting firms. However, with the recent expansion of our user base and their career aspirations, we have received requests for information on many top companies, including Japanese firms. Therefore, we decided to hold an online joint information session in February, just before the start of the main selection process for many Japanese companies.
This Time's Theme: "Everything You Want to Know, Asked Now"
What students facing the main selection process soon want to know is not just a simple company overview. Information typically discussed in previous sessions can be easily found online.
This "Job Discovery ONLINE" will delve into what students "now" want to know, such as "what companies look for during the selection process" and "how to secure a job offer," as the main selection process approaches. By addressing practical and interesting topics for students, we aim to attract participants and provide an opportunity for exhibiting companies to understand what students are "now" thinking.
