The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed the landscape of job hunting.
Company information sessions and selection processes have largely shifted online, with some companies completing their selection process without ever meeting candidates in person until an offer is extended. Both companies and job seekers have had to adapt to a different kind of job hunting.
However, job seekers have expressed concerns such as "I don't know how to gather information" and "I don't have seniors or peers to consult with" due to the online-centric nature of job hunting.※1
There has been strong demand for offline events, and our offline event held in Fukuoka this February was very well received.
Therefore, we have decided to hold offline meetup events across five cities nationwide: Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, and Fukuoka.
We will provide an opportunity for job seekers and companies to connect in person and convey the corporate culture and human appeal of each company.
GaishiShukatsu.com will support job seekers' careers through the implementation of this event.
