JOB Discovery Online Spring 2023 (hereinafter, "JDO") is an online joint company information session hosted by GaishiShukatsu.com, which is supported by many top company job offer recipients every year.
Many job-seeking students may be wondering, before summer internships that can significantly impact job offers depending on the industry/company, "Which companies should I apply to?" or "What kind of selection process preparation should I do?"
At this JDO, we will ask current employees from 59 top companies about their company's strengths and challenges, as well as the content of their summer internships and selection processes after the summer period, delivering a wealth of information useful for summer preparation.
This event will also be held in two sessions: a "Business Session" primarily introducing business roles, and an "Academic Session" gathering research and technical roles aimed at science students.
Furthermore, before the JDO broadcast, GaishiShukatsu.com employees will serve as instructors to conduct selection preparation seminars, teaching tips for ES (entry sheets), interviews, and GD (group discussions).

This session gathers research and technical roles that require high specialization.
Speakers who originated from science research fields and are currently working in various roles such as engineers and consultants will be presenting. They will also discuss summer internships and the selection process after the summer period.
Additionally, to answer the diverse questions that science job-seeking students may have, we are accepting questions in advance.
This is an excellent opportunity for employees from top companies to directly answer your questions, so please be sure to submit them!
