Howtelevision, Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yosuke Otonari), which operates the user-first career support platform GaishiShukatsu.com under the vision of "fostering talent that can take on global challenges and creating the future," has released an enhanced plan for new graduate engineer recruitment.

Amidst the growing shortage of IT talent, Howtelevision, Inc. Releases New Graduate Software Engineer Recruitment Plan to Access Top Students

According to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, there is concern that an IT talent shortage of up to approximately 800,000 people will occur by 2030 (※1).

Meanwhile, regarding the "quality" of IT talent, there is a growing recognition in Japan that talent meeting corporate needs is "significantly lacking" (※2).

Many challenge-oriented students aspiring to be engineers, who have development experience and have already completed long-term internships at companies, are registered on GaishiShukatsu.com, a career support platform for new graduates.

Therefore, we have released an enhanced plan for new graduate engineer recruitment.
