Howtelevision, Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yosuke Otonari; hereinafter referred to as "Howtelevision Group") announces that on April 1, 2024, it acquired 100% of the shares of Roglio, Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kazuki Niiyama; hereinafter referred to as "Roglio"), a company operating a highly specialized Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service business in the engineer recruitment domain, completing its conversion into a subsidiary. We also announce the decision regarding Roglio's new management structure.
Background of Share Acquisition
The Howtelevision Group has developed its business based on two career platform services: "GaishiShukatsu.com" for job-seeking students and "Liiga" for business professionals. In recent years, in response to the high demand for engineer positions from both users and clients, we have been focusing on expanding our services in the engineer recruitment domain.
Roglio provides high-quality services in the engineer Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) domain, and received the RPO Award at the "LAPRAS SCOUT AWARD 2022" hosted by LAPRAS, Inc. Through this complete acquisition of Roglio, we will strengthen our engineer recruitment support business within the Howtelevision Group, provide high-value-added services to users and client companies, and aim for sustainable enhancement of corporate value.
