Purpose of Establishment
In recent years, as job changes have become common, the decision to change jobs always comes with anxiety for those considering their careers.
In this decision-making process, the career support provided by career change agents has a significant impact.
Furthermore, with the normalization of job changes, the number of career change agents has increased, and their approaches to candidates have diversified.
It is also true that some career change agents do not genuinely engage with candidates' careers, focusing solely on earning success fees.
As we build our business with a 'Users First' approach, we established this system to create optimal encounters between users and career change agents. Additionally, with the establishment of this system, we aim to create a world where career change agents who genuinely engage with candidates' careers are appropriately evaluated and can thrive.
