We are pleased to announce the appointment of three new officers to strengthen and expand our management foundation, resulting in the following executive structure:

■ Introduction of New Officers
Kotaro Sasaki, who has previously held key positions at our company, including Liiga Business Division Manager, GaishiShukatsu.com Business Division Manager, and Product Division Manager, has been newly appointed as Director and COO. He will strengthen our management structure. Additionally, Kensuke Osato has been appointed as the new CTO, a position established to enhance the development speed and quality of our products. Furthermore, Shintaro Shimizu, who possesses extensive experience at financial institutions including Goldman Sachs, has been appointed as an Executive Officer. He will strengthen both our Investor Relations and business development efforts.

Director and COO Kotaro Sasaki
Completed a master's degree in Information Network at Waseda University Graduate School. Joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2006, where he was involved in product planning, development direction, and mid- to long-term strategy formulation for the travel (Jalan), dining (Hot Pepper Gourmet), and beauty (Hot Pepper Beauty) sectors. Subsequently, at Recruit Lifestyle Co., Ltd., he launched the POS register application "AirREGI" business and served as the head of planning and development for store management screens across all travel, dining, beauty, and register domains. He joined Howtelevision, Inc. in July 2017, and has served as Executive Officer, Liiga Business Division Manager, Product Division Manager, and GaishiShukatsu.com Business Division Manager.
Executive Officer and CTO Kensuke Osato
Graduated from Chuo University, Faculty of Law. After gaining experience in web development through contract system development and SES projects, he joined Howtelevision in October 2015 as a web engineer. He was responsible for the development of GaishiShukatsu.com, promoting initiatives such as mobile app renewal and the introduction of Go and React Native. From September 2018, as Development Manager, he focused on organizational management, including engineer recruitment and evaluation, contributing to the expansion of the development organization and the company's listing on Mothers.
Executive Officer, Director of President's Office Shintaro Shimizu
Graduated from Sophia University, Faculty of Law. Joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management in 2005, where he was engaged in investment management operations in the Equity Investment Department, including corporate analysis, stock selection, portfolio construction, risk management, and performance analysis. Subsequently, he gained experience in investment banking at UBS Securities and in institutional sales and investment trust sales at PIMCO Japan. After that, he was involved in marketing and servicing for financial institutions and pension funds at Ardian Japan before joining Howtelevision, Inc. in 2020.
