Graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, The University of Tokyo.

Engaged in bond issuance operations for corporate and financial institutions in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays Securities Japan Limited. Subsequently, joined Advantage Partners, a private equity investment fund, where he was involved in buyout and minority investments in both private and public companies, as well as management support services.

Founded Howtelevision, Inc. in 2010 and assumed the position of Representative Director and President (currently serving).

Assumed the position of CEO of mond, Inc. in February 2025 (currently serving).

Graduated from the Department of International Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, Sophia University.

Joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management in 2005, where he was involved in investment management for Japanese equity funds in the Equity Investment Department. From 2011, he engaged in equity capital markets operations at UBS Securities Investment Banking Division; from 2013, marketing for credit, emerging market debt and currency, and absolute return investment strategies, etc. at PIMCO Japan; and from 2018, marketing for alternative investment strategies (buyout, debt, infrastructure, real estate, etc.) at Ardian Japan.

Joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2020, serving in various roles including Executive Officer, Head of President's Office, IR and Public Relations, Head of Finance and Accounting Department, Head of Human Resources Department, Head of Management Strategy Office, How-CSIRT, and Head of Corporate Division. Appointed Director in 2021.

Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, and completed the Department of Earth System Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, at the same university (Master of Engineering). Completed the doctoral program in Mining and Earth Systems Engineering at Colorado School of Mines.

After serving at PricewaterhouseCoopers (US), McKinsey & Company (Japan), and as Senior Partner at Advantage Partners, currently Representative Director, Co-Head of Japan, and Managing Partner at CVC Asia Pacific Japan Corporation.

Joined Sumitomo Corporation in 1983. Held positions including being seconded to Mazda Motor of America, Inc., Sumitomo Corporation (Singapore) Pte Ltd, the Information Industry Business Department, Internet Business, the Information and Communications Business Department, Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Communications Department, and General Manager of the Environment & CSR Department. Joined T-Gaia Corporation in 2015, serving as Managing Executive Officer and Full-time Audit & Supervisory Board Member. From 2025, Outside Director (Full-time Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) of Howtelevision, Inc.

After serving at Asahi Audit Corporation (currently KPMG AZSA LLC), Yusei Audit Corporation (currently Taiyo Grant Thornton LLC), ShinNihon LLC (currently EY ShinNihon LLC), and Japan Exchange Regulation (on secondment), he has served as an Outside Auditor for Howtelevision, Inc. since 2017, and will become an Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) in 2025. Certified Public Accountant.

Completed Hitotsubashi University School of Law and New York University School of Law (LL.M.).

Served at Toshiba Corporation, Takeda Minoru Law Office, and Jones Day (Foreign Law Joint Enterprise) before becoming a Partner at Uchida & Samejima Law Firm. Appointed Outside Auditor of Howtelevision, Inc. from 2018, and Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) from 2025. Attorney at Law in Japan and New York State, USA, and Patent Attorney.

Joined Sumitomo Realty & Development Co., Ltd. in 2013. From 2016, served as Principal at Boston Consulting Group (Japan). Joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2025 as Senior Executive Officer and COO.

From 2002 to 2019, served as Sales Manager, HR Manager, and Manager of the Future of Work Research Institute at Recruit Co., Ltd. Subsequently, after Human Ship Co., Ltd., joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2023. As General Manager of the Career Platform Business, oversees sales and business development.

Joined USEN Corporation in 2014, serving as Head of Planning Department. Joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2021. As General Manager of the Career Platform Business, oversees marketing and product domains.

Joined EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. Subsequently, at COLOPL, Inc., launched CVC (COLOPL NEXT) and executed investments, served as Head of the President's Office at Activ8 Inc., Executive Producer at DLE Inc., and Co-Representative Director at Fincrease Inc. Joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2024. Oversees M&A and human resources strategy as Head of Corporate Strategy.

After working as a TV Director, he served as Team Lead for YouTube Creator Management and Head of the Department responsible for new YouTube channel launches and operations for celebrities and influencers at UUUM Co., Ltd., Head of Live Streaming Platform Operations at DouYu Japan Co., Ltd., and Head of SNS App Business at Baidu, Inc. He joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2023. As General Manager of the mond Business, he oversees marketing, product development, and business operations.
