Yosuke OTONARIRepresentative Board Director

Yosuke Otonari founded Howtelevision, Inc. in 2010 and has served as its Representative Board Director, President and CEO since then. He has also served as CEO of mond, Inc. since February 2025.
He began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Securities Japan Limited, where he was engaged in bond issuance for corporate and financial institution clients. He subsequently joined Advantage Partners, a private equity firm, where he was engaged in buyout and minority investments in both private and listed companies, as well as in providing post-investment management support.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Agriculture, the University of Tokyo.

Shintaro SHIMIZUBoard Director

Shintaro Shimizu joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2020. He has held a range of positions including Executive Officer, Head of the President's Office, Head of Investor Relations and Public Relations, Head of Finance and Accounting, Head of Human Resources, Head of the Management Strategy Office, and Head of the Corporate Division. He was appointed Director of the Board in 2021.
Prior to joining Howtelevision, he worked at Ardian Japan Ltd. from 2018 to 2020, where he was engaged in marketing of alternative investment strategies including buyout, debt, infrastructure, and real estate. From 2013 to 2018, he worked at PIMCO Japan Ltd., where he was responsible for marketing of credit, emerging market debt and currency, and absolute return investment strategies. From 2011 to 2013, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of UBS Securities Japan Co., Ltd., where he was engaged in Equity Capital Markets transactions. He began his career in 2005 at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was engaged in investment management of Japanese equities in the Investment Management Division.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law (International Legal Studies) from Sophia University.

Atsushi AKAIKEOutside Director

Atsushi Akaike has served as an Outside Director of Howtelevision, Inc. since 2017. He is currently Representative Director and Co-Managing Partner, Japan at CVC Capital Partners Japan KK.
Before joining CVC, he served as a Senior Partner at Advantage Partners. Prior to that, he worked at McKinsey & Company (Japan), where he advised clients in the semiconductor, chemicals, and electronics industries on management strategy and new business development. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United States.
He holds a PhD in Mining and Earth Systems Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and an MSc in Earth Systems Engineering and a BEng from the Faculty of Engineering, the University of Tokyo.

Naoya OKUTANIOutside Director(Audit and Supervisory Committee Member)

Naoya Okutani has served as an Outside Director (Full-time Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) of Howtelevision, Inc. since 2025.
He joined Sumitomo Corporation in 1983, where he held various positions including assignments at Mazda Motor of America, Inc. and Sumitomo Corporation Singapore, as well as roles in the Information Industry Business Department, the Internet Business Division, and the Information and Communications Business Division. He subsequently served as Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Communications Department and General Manager of the Environment and CSR Department. In 2015, he joined T-Gaia Corporation, where he served as Senior Managing Executive Officer and Full-time Corporate Auditor.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics, Kyoto University.

Toshimitsu MORISHITAOutside Director(Audit and Supervisory Committee Member)

Toshimitsu Morishita has served as an Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Howtelevision, Inc. since 2017, and as an Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) since 2025.
His prior experience includes positions at Asahi & Co. (now KPMG AZSA LLC), Yusei Audit Corporation (now Taiyo LLC), Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC (now EY ShinNihon LLC), and a secondment to Japan Exchange Regulation. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Hisanori OGURIOutside Director(Audit and Supervisory Committee Member)

Hisanori Oguri has served as an Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Howtelevision, Inc. since 2018, and as an Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) since 2025.
His prior experience includes positions at Toshiba Corporation, Takeda Minoru Law Office, and Jones Day Tokyo (Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise). He is currently a Partner at Uchida & Samejima Law Firm.
He is admitted to practice law in Japan and the State of New York, and is also a registered Patent Attorney in Japan. He holds a JD from Hitotsubashi University Law School and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.

Ryo NakawakiSenior Executive Officer

Ryo Nakawaki joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2025 as Senior Executive Officer and COO.
He began his career at Sumitomo Realty & Development Co., Ltd. in 2013, and subsequently joined Boston Consulting Group (Japan), where he served as a Principal from 2016.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics, the University of Tokyo.

Hiroshi TOGAWAExecutive Officer

Hiroshi Togawa joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2023 and oversees sales and business development as General Manager of the Career Platform Business.
From 2002 to 2019, he worked at Recruit Co., Ltd. in roles including Sales Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Manager at the Shushokumirai Research Institute. He subsequently worked at Humanship Co., Ltd. before joining Howtelevision.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the School of Business Administration, Kwansei Gakuin University.

Takafumi NAGASAKIExecutive Officer

Takafumi Nagasaki joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2021 and oversees marketing and product as General Manager of the Career Platform Business.
He began his career at USEN Corporation in 2014, where he served as General Manager of the Planning Department.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the School of Business, Aoyama Gakuin University.

Masashi NAKANOExecutive Officer

Masashi Nakano joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2024 and oversees M&A strategy as Head of the Management Strategy Office.
He began his career at EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. He subsequently led the launch of Colopl Next (the corporate venture capital arm of Colopl, Inc.) and managed investment execution. He went on to serve as Head of the President's Office at Activ8 Inc., Executive Producer at DLE Inc., and Co-Representative Director at Fincrease Inc.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law, Rikkyo University.

Toshihiko MIKAMIExecutive Officer

Toshihiko Mikami joined Howtelevision, Inc. in 2023 and oversees marketing, product development, and business operations as General Manager of the mond Business.
He began his career as a television director. He subsequently led the YouTube creator management team at UUUM Co., Ltd., where he later headed the department responsible for launching and operating YouTube channels for celebrities and influencers. He went on to serve as Head of Live Streaming Platform Operations at DouYu Japan Co., Ltd. and Head of the Social Media App Business at Baidu Japan Inc.
