The Company’s beginnings can be traced back to my own job search in 2004. As I navigated the common rite of passage of searching for a job in Japan without knowing what I could do, without knowing what companies were out there, and without knowing my growth or career prospects, I felt a mental transformation occurring inside of me. Despite the anguish of not knowing why companies rejected me and not knowing why I couldn’t express myself, I did manage to find the light at the end of the tunnel after meeting others in the workforce and exploring my potential. However, the asymmetrical nature of information in my job hunt was beyond my imagination. I’m not the only person to go through such an experience. I find this holds especially true for many university students who have not been given many opportunities to objectively self-reflect and who continue to face challenges they still do not fully comprehend.
A typical career spans a long period of time, lasting 40 to 50 years. How can one discover their own strengths and utilize them? How will this lead to career development? How can one elevate their professional skills that translate into success anywhere? How can one face new challenges? How can one lead a happy, successful career as a result? Through our services, we provide all people with a platform to showcase their skills and discover opportunities to develop them. Our goal is to provide various forms of support that as a result make people think of their careers as an exciting adventure.
If everyone can enjoy realizing their potential, this will improve teamwork and empower entire organizations. As a result, these organizations will be able to realize their corporate mission, which will make the world a better place.
